Filevine is seeking a detail-oriented Filevine Administrator with strong experience in legal operations and SaaS workflow optimization to assist customers in maximizing their use of the Filevine platform. This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the client law firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption across teams.

The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with proven experience in SaaS ecosystems,

Qualificações

• Hands-on administration of Filevine or comparable legal technology platforms.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows, regulatory compliance, and client service standards.
• Proficiency in managing SaaS ecosystems, including integrations and end-to-end process automation.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for training, support, and organizational change management.
• Experience in a law firm, legal department, or paralegal role preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client offices 5x per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert guidance on system configurations and bespoke workflows.
• Resolve technical issues and create training resources for self-sufficiency.
• Drive platform adoption and rollout high-impact features.
• Maintain knowledge of Filevine roadmap and updates.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding workflows to maintain data integrity.
• Audit and optimize client workflows to improve efficiency.
