Teams Squared, a remote-first team augmentation company, seeks a detail-oriented Legal Operations Associate with 1–2 years of experience to input, organize, and manage contract data within CLM software for a fast-growing legaltech client.

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required, as you will engage with documentation and stakeholders in both languages, collaborate with legal and operations teams, and maintain meticulous data handling remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field required.
• 1–2 years of legal operations or paralegal experience.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with CLM tools and legal tech platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain contract data in CLM systems.
• Review and track key contract terms and deadlines.
• Generate basic reports from contract data.
