HireBooth is seeking an Operations & Process Specialist to support core legal operations, improve internal processes, and document workflows. This fully remote, full-time role focuses on intake, billing support, and organized accounting/tracking, with opportunities to standardize SOPs and onboarding across the firm.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of translating workflows into clear documentation. This role requires working during U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in legal administration, operations coordination, or law firm support.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and document management systems.
• Familiarity with Clio Manage and AI productivity tools.
• Experience documenting SOPs or workflows.
• Exposure to onboarding or internal training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake, billing support, document organization and operational tracking.
• Draft and track engagement letters and conflict waivers.
• Create clients and matters in Clio Manage and SharePoint.
• Maintain SOPs in SharePoint and OneNote; ensure version control.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives.
• Generate reports and monitor matter thresholds.
• Assist leadership in capturing undocumented institutional knowledge.
