United Talent Agency seeks a highly organized, proactive Specialist, Legal Operations to support the Director of Legal Operations in driving efficient processes. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and attracts a collaborative problem-solver who wants to understand how things work and how to improve them.

This primarily remote position requires occasional in-office attendance at the Beverly Hills office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years of legal operations or related experience.
• Experience supporting legal operations workflows and contract databases.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize legal documentation across contract databases and knowledge systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and People to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Populate drafts of form employment agreements and manage updates to the library of forms.
• Assist with outside counsel spend management, billing, and invoicing accuracy.
• Support monthly legal accruals, budget reviews, and discovery-related tasks.
• Coordinate legal holds, document review, and timelines for pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Support compliance, risk management, and other legal initiatives as needed.
