United Talent Agency seeks a highly organized Specialist, Legal Operations to support the Director of Legal Operations in driving efficient processes across the department. This remote role requires occasional in-office attendance in Beverly Hills, CA.

The salary ranges from $30 to $50 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills. You will maintain legal documentation, collaborate with Finance/IT/People, draft employment agreements under counsel, assist with spend management and monthly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in legal or people operations, legal admin, or project mgmt in a legal setting.
• Experience supporting legal operations workflows and contract databases.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, analytical, drafting, and PM skills with attention to detail.
• Curious and eager to learn new subject matter, systems, processes, and tech.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High professionalism and discretion with confidential information.
• Experience with legal tech platforms (e.g., contract management, e-billing).
• Experience in law firms or in-house corporate legal; entertainment exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize legal documentation across contract databases.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, People to streamline workflows.
• Draft first drafts of form employment agreements under counsel review.
• Support outside counsel spend management and billing processes.
• Assist with monthly Legal department accrual and budget review.
• Coordinate legal holds, discovery, and document production timelines.
• Support evolving department priorities and special projects.
• Assist with compliance, risk management, and other initiatives.
