Zenity, a leader in AI Agent Security, seeks a part-time legal internship in NYC or East Coast remote. You'll work inside the in-house legal team drafting and redlining commercial agreements, building a searchable contract repository, and testing AI tools for legal work.

You will report to the Director of Legal Counsel, gain exposure to negotiations, risk assessment, and cross‑functional collaboration with finance and product teams.

Qualifications

• You're currently pursuing a J.D. and have completed a bachelor's degree.
• Strong legal research skills and ability to discuss your approach.
• Excellent attention to detail to catch ambiguous terms.
• Clear, concise explanation of potential legal issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating across business teams.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor agreements.
• Build a searchable repository of existing agreements.
• Test AI tools for legal work and provide structured feedback.
• Research legal questions across privacy, employment, AI, and contract law.
• Support improvements to legal workflows and documentation.
• Take on projects as priorities shift across the in-house legal function.
