Job summary

Zenity LTD. is seeking a Legal Intern in New York City (part-time, ~20 hours/week) for a three-month internship starting as soon as possible. You will work within the in-house legal team, drafting and redlining commercial agreements, and helping build a searchable contract repository.

You'll test AI tools for legal work, research privacy, employment, AI and contract law, and translate findings into clear takeaways for the team. NYC-based preferred, East Coast remote considered.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a J.D. and hold a bachelor's degree.
• Strong legal research skills and ability to articulate approach.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Organized with ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating across business units.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Help build a searchable contract repository.
• Test AI tools for legal work and provide structured feedback.
• Research questions across privacy, employment, AI, and contract law.
• Support improvements to legal workflows and documentation.
• Take on additional projects as priorities shift.
