Back Office Betties is hiring Legal Intake Specialists for a fully remote call-center role serving U.S. law firms. No legal experience required; training provided.

You’ll handle high-volume calls, schedule appointments, and transfer calls while maintaining top-notch customer service. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have a reliable home setup, strong typing skills, and can work a 40-hour week with PST hours.

Qualifikationen

• Must reside in AZ, NV, PA or TX.
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
• Available Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week; 5:00am–5:00pm PST shift.
• Excellent customer service and phone presence.

Aufgaben

• Answer 80–120 calls per 8-hour shift in a fully remote environment.
• Support 60 law firms with varying needs and expectations.
• Schedule appointments, take messages, and answer FAQs.
