Legal Intake Professionals, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Legal Intake Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance in a remote Tennessee-resident friendly role. You will manage high-volume inbound calls with empathy, gather details, and set clients up for success.

No prior call center experience required; we provide paid training. Strong communication, reliability, and tech proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Warm, professional tone with empathy.
Fast, accurate typing and basic Windows skills.
Strong reliability and punctuality.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

First Impressions and Client Advocacy: Act as the primary, highly professional initial point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance.
Active Listening and Call Management: Lead empathetic, thorough conversations with callers to gather necessary context, missing details, and vital background information.
Accurate Data Entry: Document complex inquiries into our intake management systems quickly and accurately, maintaining high standards for spelling, grammar, and detail.
Problem Solving and Navigation: Multi-task seamlessly between phone calls and internal systems to route inquiries to the correct department.
Team and Attendance Commitment: Consistently arrive on time and be fully prepared for scheduled shifts to ensure continuous support for our clients and their team members.
