Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to support file opening and management of inherited files. This role is primarily hybrid/remote in Wisconsin and reports to the Manager – Legal Intake.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with client standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and some legal experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or 1-2 years legal experience.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment with compliance focus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail and urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with file opening and move file inventory to demand review.
• Verify information in files via automated processes and manual reviews.
• Add correct codes to files to route to the litigation team.
• Run reports to manage file flow and move accounts to demand effort.
• Support with inherited files and demand exception reports.
