Job summary

Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Specialist - Legal Intake to assist with file opening and manage inherited files. Reporting to the Manager - Legal Intake, you will help move file inventory through the demand review process and verify information in files.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 1–2 years in a legal setting. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to handle shifting priorities, and communicate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with file opening and movement of inventory to demand review.
• Verify information in files and perform manual review as needed.
• Add correct codes to files to route to the litigation team.
• Maintain knowledge of client work standards and compliance.
• Run reports to manage file flow and accounts in demand effort.
