You will gather information, explain services, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure a smooth process for prospective clients.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with options for remote or on-site work across Wisconsin offices

Formación

• Prior experience in legal intake or a similar role is required.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury intake is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
• A natural ability to guide meaningful conversations and help others feel comfortable and understood.
• Strong listening, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
