Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a compassionate Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will create a welcoming experience, gather essential information, and explain services with empathy to help clients understand their options.

Work arrangements include remote or in-office options across Wisconsin, with on-site opportunities at our Baraboo, Sun Prairie, Madison, Eau Claire offices.

Formación

• Prior experience in legal intake or a similar role is required.
• Prior experience in Personal Injury intake is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Professionally handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
• Create a welcoming and supportive experience during every interaction.
• Build rapport and establish trust with individuals seeking legal assistance.
• Clearly explain the firm's services, approach, and next steps.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand each caller's situation and needs.
• Gather and document important information during the intake process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and assessments.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
