Job summary
Assist World is seeking an experienced client services professional to serve as the first contact for a remote real estate law firm. This role blends legal receptionist, client intake and client relations to efficiently route inquiries and support attorneys.
The successful candidate will learn the firm's services, qualify inquiries, gather information, schedule consultations and escalate when needed. There is significant scope to build and improve the intake process and grow with the firm as it
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional services focusing on intake and client onboarding.
- Ability to qualify inquiries, gather required information and route to the right attorney.
- Experience building or improving intake processes and working with referrals.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and enquiries and determine client needs.
- Qualify inquiries by asking the right questions and collecting information.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Pass qualified matters to the attorney and refer unsuitable enquiries appropriately.
- Develop and improve intake procedures and document workflows.
