Law Offices of Sabrina Li is a U.S. immigration law firm seeking a Client Intake Specialist for a fully remote, full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage intake, scheduling, and CRM records, and support attorneys and staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client relations, familiarity with U.S. law, and strong English communication. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with immigration experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in client relations or related role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in communications or business administration.
• Experience with U.S. law or a U.S.-based law firm is required.
• Immigration law experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling apps, and virtual tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Screen inquiries, identify client needs, schedule consultations, and guide intake.
• Build rapport with clients and support converting leads into retained clients.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, communications, and deadlines for the management team.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems and track intake progress.
• Apply knowledge of U.S. legal processes when communicating with clients.
• Identify inquiries requiring attorney review or legal guidance.
