Legal Intake Professionals is seeking a Full-Time Legal Intake Representative to be the first point of contact for clients navigating pivotal moments. This remote role prioritizes compassionate listening, client advocacy, and accurate data capture while supporting Tennessee residents.

No prior call center experience is required as we provide comprehensive, paid training. You will join a collaborative team that values reliability, clear communication, and empathy, with a compensation of $16/hour

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong diction and flawless grammar.
• Warm, professional tone conveying empathy and active listening.
• Typing speed and basic office applications in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary, highly professional initial point of contact for potential clients.
• Lead empathetic conversations to gather context and background information.
• Document inquiries accurately in intake systems with high spelling and detail accuracy.
• Navigate internal systems to route inquiries to the correct department.
• Arrive on time and be prepared for scheduled shifts to support the team.
