Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least 5 years of legal billing experience, preferably in a large law firm.
• Experience with Elite Enterprise, Aderant, eBilling Hub and related eBilling vendor apps.

Responsibilities

• Investigate rejections, short payments, or delays in eBills and identify timekeeper approval issues.
• Coordinate with Finance, LAAs, partners to resolve timekeeper approval problems.
• Review eBills in various eBilling systems to verify approvals and payment status against terms.
