Lighthouse is seeking a Review Project Manager to serve as a central contact with counsel, client and Lighthouse stakeholders on high‑volume document review projects. You will advise on workflow strategy and how best to apply technology to improve speed and accuracy, while supervising review team leads to ensure quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience as a document review manager with review provider or law firm.
• Attorney, active and in good standing in any US jurisdiction.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute review plans that meet Lighthouse standards and project-specific requirements.
• Recommend and drive best practices in review.
• Communicate with counsel, client, internal stakeholders, and staffing partner on progress of review, including daily status reports.
• Assist in development of matter-specific review project plans addressing workflow strategy and technology.
• Establish review quality control measures and manage document review teams to meet playbook, throughput goals and quality deliverables.
• Collaborate across Lighthouse teams including AI experts and data project managers.
• Implement technology efficiency drivers for redaction application and privilege logging.
• Provide client- and case-specific subject matter expertise.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and related duties.
