Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Review Project Manager to oversee document review projects, acting as the central contact among counsel, clients, and Lighthouse stakeholders. The role integrates workflow strategy and technology to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

You will lead contractor review teams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and collaborate with AI and data project managers to optimize review processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a document review manager
• Attorneys licensed in good standing in any US jurisdiction
• Ability to lead diverse contractor attorney teams while meeting accuracy targets and timelines
• Strong client-facing communication and attention to detail
• Experience with litigation discovery processes and objectives
• Proficiency as an end user in Relativity or similar platform
• Experience establishing matter-tailored quality control measures across discovery matters

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute review plans that meet Lighthouse standards and project requirements
• Recommend and drive best practices in review workflows and technology usage
• Communicate with counsel, client, internal stakeholders, and staffing partners on progress and issues
• Develop matter-specific review project plans addressing workflow strategy and technology utilization
• Establish quality control measures and manage review teams to ensure deliverables meet playbooks and budgets
• Collaborate with Lighthouse teams including AI experts and data project managers
• Support implementation of technology efficiency drivers for redaction and privilege logging
• Provide subject matter expertise on client matters and cases
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and related duties as assigned
