The role requires SA admission as an attorney with at least 6 years in mining law, familiarity with MPRDA and Mine Health and Safety Act,

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 6+ years in mining and resources law.
• Strong SA mining law knowledge (MPRDA, Mine Health and Safety Act).
• Experience in corporate and commercial mining transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mining rights, permits, licenses, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate mining-related agreements (JV, farm-in/out, land access).
• Support corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions of mining assets.
