Formación

• Admitted attorney with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in-house or for industrial clients.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract drafting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal counsel on contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
• Review and negotiate commercial agreements and transaction documents.
• Manage legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Assist in development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on emerging issues.
