Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to act as an in-house resource across global entities. You will manage client and vendor contracts, advise on employment matters with HR, handle disputes, and support corporate governance.

Strong depth in contract law and a JD with active bar membership (or retired in good standing) and 8+ years of experience are required. This role offers a fully remote work environment, competitive base salary with bonus, and comprehensive

• JD and bar membership with 8+ years of legal experience; in-house or agency services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client contract process: drafting, reviewing and negotiating client services agreements.
• Review vendor/supplier agreements to ensure compliance with regulations and data privacy standards.
• Handle low-level disputes and provide guidance to internal teams; coordinate with external counsel for complex issues.
• Partner with People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
• Support basic corporate governance across global entities, including drafting resolutions and filings.
