Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house resource based in Boston, MA. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor contracts, with opportunities to advise on compliance, data privacy, HR legal matters, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and active bar membership with 8+ years of contract law experience, plus in-house or agency experience and familiarity with GDPR.
