Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house resource based in Boston, MA. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor contracts, with opportunities to advise on compliance, data privacy, HR legal matters, and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and active bar membership with 8+ years of contract law experience, plus in-house or agency experience and familiarity with GDPR.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership (or retired in good standing) with 8+ years of legal experience in contract law.
• Prior in-house or agency/services industry experience.
• Familiarity with data protection/privacy (GDPR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client and vendor contract processes.
• Handle low-level disputes and coordinate with external counsel.
• Advise the People team on employment-related legal questions.
• Support basic corporate governance across global entities.
