Acceleration Partners is hiring a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house legal resource. The selected candidate will manage client and vendor contracts, and support compliance, data privacy, corporate governance, and HR/employment matters across a globally distributed organization.

The ideal candidate will hold a J.D. with active bar membership and 8+ years of contract-law experience, preferably with in-house or agency experience and familiarity with GDPR.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. and active bar membership (or retired in good standing) with 8+ years of legal experience, primarily in contract law.
• Prior in-house or agency/services industry experience.
• Familiarity with data protection/privacy matters (e.g., GDPR) highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end client contract process, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services agreements.
• Serve as the primary legal contact for vendor relationships, ensuring data privacy and security standards are met.
• Handle low-level disputes and legal inquiries, and coordinate with external counsel on more complex matters.
• Partner with People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
• Support basic corporate governance across global entities, including drafting resolutions and coordinating filings.
