Description: Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house legal resource. The role primarily focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor contracts, while occasionally supporting compliance, data privacy, HR legal advisory, and corporate governance matters. Key Responsibilities:
