You will advise on HR legal matters, assist with basic corporate governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR). 8+ years of contract-law experience, a J.D., and active bar membership are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership with 8+ years in contract law.
• In-house or agency/services experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data protection/privacy (GDPR) preferred.

Responsibilities
