Ovation Law Firm is seeking a proactive Case Manager to coordinate client matters, maintain documentation, and ensure timely communication between clients, attorneys, and staff in a fully remote Florida-friendly environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in case management, paralegal background, and strong written and verbal communication, with comfort using digital case management systems and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Previous case management experience preferred.
• Paralegal, legal assistant, or law firm experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable using digital case management systems and remote collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment and distributed team.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients with timely updates.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case with clear explanations.
• Conduct case reviews to ensure eligibility and obtain necessary information.
• Organize and maintain case files with accurate client information and documents.
• Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups to advance cases.
• Negotiate client settlements to maximize recovery and attorney fees.
• Draft and file legal documents to support attorneys.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
