The ideal candidate has experience in case management, paralegal background, and strong written and verbal communication, with comfort using digital case management systems and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our remote team and support our mission of achieving meaningful outcomes for clients nationwide.

About the Role

As a Case Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating client cases, maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring case progress, and ensuring timely communication between clients, attorneys, and other relevant parties.

The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, can manage multiple cases simultaneously, and is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Previous experience in case management, a law firm, or a paralegal role is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional and timely updates through phone and email.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case, explaining processes clearly and maintaining strong communication.
• Conduct case reviews to ensure eligibility and confirm that all necessary information and documentation have been obtained.
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all client information and legal documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups to move cases forward efficiently.
• Negotiate client settlements to maximize their recovery and attorney's fees to ensure client fees are funded in their settlements.
• Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents to support attorneys and streamline case handling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building trust, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the legal process.
