Horizon Premier Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal / Case Manager to take ownership of complex Florida family law matters. This role supports attorneys by managing cases, preparing pleadings, and coordinating discovery.

This 100% remote position requires proactive communication, meticulous document review, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growing practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Florida Family Law paralegal experience.
• Experience with the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and county scheduling.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case knowledge, track deadlines, prepare for mediations and trials, and draft pleadings, motions, and financial affidavits.
• Review financial disclosures for inconsistencies, manage discovery, and handle e-filing via the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, and help improve internal workflows and procedures.
