Qualifications

• 5+ years of billing experience in a law firm.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly with attorneys.
• Residence in Pennsylvania or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize prebills and invoices with attorneys
• Submit e-bills through client portals and keep invoices compliant with client billing guidelines
• Handle rejections, appeals, and adjustments until invoices are paid
• Set up new matters, rates, and billing arrangements
• Answer billing questions from attorneys, staff, and clients
