The position is non-exempt from overtime. Primary duties include drafting pleadings, filing electronically, organizing case files, preparing correspondence, and communicating with courts, title vendors, and clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Knowledge of multi-state foreclosure processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, briefs, motions and agreements.
• Electronically file pleadings within deadlines and manage high-volume filings.
• Organize and track case files and prepare correspondence.
• Provide timely updates to clients and communicate with courts and third parties.
