Zusammenfassung

Prosum is seeking a Legal Systems Business Analyst to serve as the technical configuration expert for Ironclad, designing workflow lifecycles and ensuring seamless contract generation and tracking. The role oversees the end-to-end implementation and management of Legal AI tools and enterprise AI solutions within Google, Atlassian, and other legal tech platforms.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of experience in Legal Technologies and as a Business Analyst.
Strong CLM experience with Ironclad and cross-functional collaboration.
End-to-end contract lifecycle and quote-to-cash understanding.
Experience integrating Legal AI tools into workflows.

Aufgaben

Act as the BA within an Agile framework for Ironclad enhancements and AI model tuning.
Design complex conditional approval chains and Slack-integrated automations to accelerate transactions.
Translate AI and contracting use cases into technical specs and workflows for the legal team.
Capture requirements, set up CLM and quote-to-cash workflows, define success metrics for projects.
Build and train low-code workflow tools (Google AppSheet, Airtable) for the legal team.
Triage tickets and support bi-weekly sprints with CLM, Legal Ops, and IT teams.
