Job summary

Thomson Reuters in New York seeks an AI Solutions Architect to help law firms transform how legal work gets done with Legal AI. You will identify high-value workflows, design and test AI-enabled solutions, and drive adoption across customer organizations through close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Travel roughly 25-30% to client sites.

A J.D. and legal practice experience are required, with deep knowledge of legal research tools and generative AI.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited US law school is required.
Experience practicing law in any professional setting is required.
Proven experience in customer- or client-facing roles with enterprise accounts.
Familiarity with legal workflows (due diligence, eDiscovery, large document review, compliance).
Demonstrable experience with generative AI applications and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, and workshops with law firm customers.
Identify and prioritize Legal AI use cases and advise on workflow design.
Develop adoption strategies and enable high-value users across firms.
Document best practices and create reusable prompts and playbooks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align customer needs with roadmaps.
Communicate effectively and produce clear technical documentation and presentations.
