Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor—an attorney with deep legal expertise and a passion for technology—to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, a conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The Legal AI Advisor will work across the full customer lifecycle, building trusted relationships and driving adoption of AI-enabled workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing law in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Act as Voice of the Legal Customer: provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering.
• Bridge Legal and Technical workflows and knowledge.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that connect Relativity AI capabilities to real legal use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate adoption into growth.
