Qualifications

• Aggressive, self-generated phone outreach.
• Commission-driven motivation with no base salary emphasis.
• LED lighting product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong spoken English for US architect and client audience.
• Proven ability to work remote and self-manage.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Project Follow-Up: relentlessly call and follow up inbound leads until closed or dead.
• Track every open lead and project status in the CRM in real time.
• Coordinate with Sales Support for quotes and order processing to ensure smooth handoff.
• Existing Client Growth: call existing clients regularly to uncover new opportunities and grow orders.
• Own closing incremental business with existing accounts; coordinate with Customer Success on account boundaries.
• Pipeline Discipline: maintain accurate pipeline data and flag stalled deals early.
