Job summary

Patterson is seeking a Leave Program Manager to design, implement, and manage comprehensive leave, disability, and accommodation programs. You will serve as the enterprise SME, guide complex cases, and oversee third-party administrators while driving enterprise-wide policy improvements.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Payroll, Risk, and Operations to ensure compliant, employee-friendly solutions, using data to identify risks and optimize outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in leave of absence, disability, or related benefits administration
• 5+ years handling multi-state short/long-term disability and state paid leave programs
• Experience with outsourced leave management or third-party administrator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, administer, and continuously improve leave and accommodation programs
• Serve as SME for leave, disability, accommodation, and return-to-work policies
• Oversee third-party administrators and drive service improvements
• Develop/update leave policies and procedures aligned with laws
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, Risk, and Operations to balance employee needs with business needs
• Analyze data and trends to identify risks and drive compliance enhancements
• Lead return-to-work and workplace accommodation programs
