Job summary

Veolia North America seeks a senior Leave of Absence and Time Off Administrator to own end-to-end LOA processes across the enterprise. You will partner with HR Shared Services, Benefits, Payroll and third-party leave providers to ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and state laws while delivering a high-quality experience for employees and managers.

Responsibilities include managing leaves from notice to return, overseeing PTO and paid leave programs, maintaining data integrity in Workday, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• Eight+ years of progressive LOA experience in a multi-state, multi-union environment.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA and applicable federal/state laws.
• Experience partnering with third-party administrators and cross-functional HR teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full leave administration lifecycle from notice to return-to-work.
• Be primary contact for LOA requests via multiple channels.
• Coordinate with HR Shared Services and Benefits COE on LOA processes.
• Oversee Family/Medical Leave, personal/unpaid, military, and local leaves.
• Maintain compliance and governance for leave policies and programs.
• Lead audits and data integrity efforts in HR systems (Workday).
• Support policy updates, training, and vendor relationship management.
