Job summary

Corvias Group LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a remote role that requires living within a reasonable driving distance to one of Corvias’ military housing bases. You will manage high-volume calls, guide prospects through the leasing process, and coordinate applications, leases, and payments.

The position focuses on customer engagement, rapid response, and driving occupancy targets while upholding fair housing laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across phone, email, and text.
• Independent, self-motivated with remote-work proficiency.
• Detail- and process-oriented with adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer leasing program efforts to meet objectives and maintain policy knowledge.
• Answer prospect/lead calls from a home-based call center, identify needs, provide information.
• Engage prospects and schedule tours, finding homes within the Corvias portfolio.
• Convey benefits of residing in Corvias communities and generate leases.
• Process residency applications, prepare leases, and collect payments and deposits.
• Audit applicant waitlists and manage housing assignments to minimize vacancy loss.
• Resolve resident concerns with proactive problem-solving and timely actions.
