Corvias Group LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant for a remote-capable role that requires living within a reasonable driving distance to one of seven military bases. You will handle high-volume calls, convert leads to residents, and guide applicants through leasing steps while maintaining data integrity in the CRM.

Qualifications include 2+ years in sales/leasing/customer service, excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, leasing, hospitality or customer service.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for prospective residents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work remotely with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls to convert leads to leases.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to agreement.
• Process residency applications, draft lease agreements and collect deposits.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, promotions, and neighborhood policies.
• Utilize CRM to track interactions, follow up and ensure data integrity.
