Job summary

Elmington Living seeks a Centralized Leasing Consultant to manage high-volume communications for affordable housing across our portfolio. This remote role serves as the primary contact for prospective residents from inquiry to recertification, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and fair housing rules.

You will collaborate with onsite teams to deliver a fast, accurate leasing experience, process applications, verify income, and coordinate move-ins, while maintaining detailed records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in property management, leasing, or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 strongly preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospects, applicants, and residents via multiple channels.
• Assist applicants with applications and documentation while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate move-in scheduling and prepare lease documents with accuracy.
