Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 98%+ portfolio occupancy across 10–15 communities.
• Serve as EliseAI portfolio SME; oversee AI lead conversations and QA.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 data, Rent Café, and Applicant Records for accuracy.
• Respond to leads, escalate where needed, and provide a human touch.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure on-time submission.
• Guide applicants through the online rental process and documentation.
• Collaborate with Preferred Compliance for timely approvals.
• Track occupancy, leasing, and recertification KPIs and report findings.
• Travel up to 40% to support portfolio communities.
