Job summary

Housing Trust Group seeks a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue for 10–15 affordable communities, largely via centralized leasing and virtual tours. The role centers on EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, with a strong emphasis on LIHTC and Fair Housing compliance.

You must reside in Florida and be willing to travel up to 40% to support portfolio communities and leasing events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio occupancy at 98% or greater across 10–15 communities.
• Oversee EliseAI-led lead conversations and ensure knowledge base accuracy.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 Rent Café, Prospect Pipeline, and Applicant records.
• Respond to leads requiring human touch and escalation.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure timely resident documentation.
• Guide applicants through the rental process and ensure compliant submissions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with applicants and residents for missing items.
• Collaborate with Preferred Compliance to meet program guidelines.
• Track occupancy, leasing, and recertification KPIs and report to leadership.
• Conduct market research and adjust pricing/incentives to protect occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/HUD programs.
• Travel to portfolio communities as needed to support leasing events.
• Travel up to 40% as business requires.
