Housing Trust Group is seeking a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue across 10–15 affordable housing communities, largely via virtual leasing. The role emphasizes maintaining 98% occupancy and leveraging EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8.

Candidates must reside in Florida and be willing to travel up to 40%. Strong LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, HOME, and Fair Housing knowledge, plus excellent communication and reporting skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain portfolio occupancy at 98% or greater across 10–15 communities.
• Oversee EliseAI managed lead conversations and maintain knowledge base current.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 modules: Rent Café, Prospect Pipeline, Unit Availability, Applicant Records.
• Respond promptly to leads and handle escalations requiring a human touch.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure timely submissions to avoid lapses.
• Guide applicants through online rental applications with clear documentation requirements.
• Track occupancy, leasing, and recertification KPIs and report to leadership.
• Travel to portfolio communities as needed to support events and occupancy issues.
