Housing Trust Group (HTG) is seeking a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue across 10–15 affordable housing communities. You will lead centralized leasing operations virtually, ensuring an average occupancy of 98% or higher and overseeing EliseAI conversations, Yardi Voyager 8 workflows, and recertifications.

The role requires residence in Florida with up to 40% travel to portfolio communities and a strong background in LIHTC, HUD programs, and Fair Housing

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3 to 5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain portfolio occupancy at 98% or greater across 10–15 communities.
• Serve as the portfolio's EliseAI expert and oversee AI-driven lead conversations.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 Rent Café, Prospect Pipeline, Unit Availability, and Applicant Records.
• Lead management and personally handle complex leads requiring human judgment.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure timely applicant documentation.
• Guide applicants through the rental application process online and clearly explain required documents.
• Communicate regularly with applicants and residents to obtain missing items and status updates.
• Coordinate with Preferred Compliance to ensure files meet program guidelines.
• Track occupancy and leasing KPIs and flag underperforming communities with corrective plans.
• Conduct market research and adjust pricing/incentives to protect occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/HUD/Home guidelines.
• Travel to portfolio communities to support leasing events as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain high standards for AI-driven communications.
