Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations for affordable housing assets. You will show communities, qualify prospects, tour model units, and prepare leases and move-in paperwork. Strong customer service and basic on-site software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge and OSHA requirements awareness.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, tour the community, move-in processes and paperwork.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and retention programs.
