US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, leading a staff and delivering accurate finance services across divisions. The role targets KPIs and drives process improvements while championing internal controls.

The position is remote anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and U.S. territories) with minimal travel, requiring strong GAAP/SOX knowledge and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, processes or people.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong prioritization, organization and multi-tasking abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication across audiences.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases.
• Handle lease entries, reconciliations, and rollforwards (including CoStar, SOX tie outs).
• Manage lease classifications, loading into CoStar, and workflow reviews.
• Oversee lease extensions/terminations and maintenance in CoStar.
• Oversee technical accounting transactions; resolve lease issues.
• Research and resolve lease accounting issues within area.
• Perform tests of internal control procedures for compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify potential issues.
• Review balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
