US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, managing a team and delivering accurate financial services across divisions. The role targets KPI achievement and continuous process improvements.

The position is remote anywhere in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii/Territories) with minimal travel, and includes an annual incentive plan bonus plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of leading projects or people preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task with deadlines.
• GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month/quarter end close for leases and related entries.
• Coordinate with CoStar and SOX controls; support fleet funding reconciliations.
• Perform lease classifications, extensions, terminations, and workload reviews.
• Conduct financial analyses and investigate complex balance sheet items.
• Support internal controls and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
