US Foods is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting, driving accuracy and timeliness across divisions. You will lead staff, champion internal controls, and manage end-of-period close and lease-related reporting.

The role emphasizes ownership of lease classifications, CoStar/Blackline workflows, and collaboration with finance teams nationwide. A CPA or related certification is valued, with a competitive incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/business or related field.
• 5+ years finance/accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year leading projects, processes, or people.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail with accurate work and reviews.
• GAAP and SOX knowledge; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff ensuring timely financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases and related entries.
• Oversee lease classifications, loading in CoStar, and workflow reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial reporting.
• Lead research on lease accounting issues and perform analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations.
