Job summary

Pennsylvania Ag Connection is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease for a 100% remote role across the United States ( Hawaii and territories excluded). You will lead a lease accounting group, oversee close processes, and drive internal controls and process improvements while delivering accurate financial reporting for multiple divisions.

The role requires at least 5 years in finance/accounting, leadership experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, process improvements, and/or people preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
• Oversee month and quarter end close process for leases, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with CoStar for lease classifications and data loading; support SOX tie-out.
• Manage lease extensions/terminations and related accounting entries in CoStar.
• Conduct financial analyses and tests to ensure internal control compliance and issue resolution.
• Review complex balance sheet accounts and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors; travel minimal.
